Seven Sixteen

Yep, I’m still recapping my NYC trip.

The weather was perfect the day we got in: sunny, breezy, and in the 70’s. However, as each day passed, it got hotter and hotter, to the point of misery. It was so hot that the city issued heat advisories and set up air-conditioned “cooling stations” throughout town.

What I love about NY parks is that most of them have these water features for kids (or adults) to play in. Each time I passed one I was tempted to join in, but was deterred by the idea of walking around in the humidity, soaking wet.
