I made this for breakfast this morning. It’s so much more fun to eat eggs and toast this way.
Ingredients:
1 Slice of bread
1 Egg
Butter
Kosher salt
Pepper
Recipe:
1. Put a frying pan on the stove. Set the burner to medium heat. Allow the pan to heat for a few minutes. Add butter.
2. Use a cookie cutter or small glass to make a hole in the center of a slice of bread. Once the butter has melted in the pan, place the bread in the pan.
3. Wait for the bread to brown slightly. Turn it over. Add a little more butter.
4. Break an egg. Pour the contents of the egg into the hole in the center of the bread
5. Cook the bread and egg until the white of the egg becomes solid.
6. Turn over the bread and egg with a large spatula. Cook the egg until it’s firm. Add the piece of bread that was cut out to the pan. Fry it until it is lightly brown. Place it on top of the egg to create a lid for the basket.
7. Remove the bread from the pan with a wide spatula. Allow it to cool for a moment before eating.
